This Privacy Policy describes how the independent website Zodiac Quill (“the site,” available at https://zodiacquill.com/) handles information. The operator can be reached at jinghaoa325@gmail.com. This policy matches the site as it exists today: a static educational publication without user accounts and without advertising.
Information collection
The site does not require an account and does not run a server-side contact database. If you email jinghaoa325@gmail.com, or use the contact form (which opens your own mail application), you choose to send whatever you put in that message. We use that correspondence only to reply.
Cookies
The static pages themselves do not set advertising cookies. If you later enable a hosting platform’s optional analytics or a font CDN sets its own cookies, those third parties apply their policies. As of this update, Zodiac Quill does not operate a first-party cookie banner because it does not run a first-party tracking script.
Analytics
The site does not currently embed Google Analytics or a similar visitor-measurement tag. If analytics are added later, this section will be updated before or at the same time as the code change.
Log data
The host that serves files may keep ordinary server logs (IP address, user agent, date, requested URL). Those logs are controlled by the hosting provider’s practices. Zodiac Quill does not sell log data.
Third-party services
Pages load webfonts from Google Fonts. Images are stored on this site; their original authors are listed on Image Credits. Clicking an external link (for example Wikimedia Commons) leaves this site.
Advertising disclosure
Zodiac Quill does not currently display Google AdSense ads or any other advertisements. This policy does not claim that ads are shown. If advertising is introduced, this disclosure will be revised to name the vendor and the data that vendor may collect.
User rights
You may request access to, or deletion of, personal information you sent by email, subject to legal retention needs (for example, a record of a completed correction). Send requests to jinghaoa325@gmail.com.
Data deletion requests
Email jinghaoa325@gmail.com with the address you used and a description of the material. Correspondence copies in the operator’s inbox can be deleted on request.
Data retention
Email is kept only as long as needed to handle the request or as required by law. There is no member database to retain.
Security
Transmission of email is only as secure as your mail provider. The site is served over HTTPS when hosted at zodiacquill.com. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Children’s privacy
The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
